How do fees work?
Technology and a different business model allow us to charge a fee materially below industry averages, whilst offering an exceptional product to Landlords. We charge a single, transparent fee which is taken out of monthly rent rather than charged upfront. We currently offer 2 services: Lettings and Lettings and Management. How do you quickly find a good Tenant for a property?
Finding a Tenant quickly and minimising voids is key in maximising investment returns for Landlords. We achieve this by actively marketing properties on our own platform, as well as other widely recognised platforms such as Zoopla and Primelocation. In addition, we allow any Agent to show any of our properties to their Tenants, which further broadens the base of Tenants your property will be marketed to.
Does Scraye work with portals like Rightmove and Zoopla?
Yes, we work with many widely recognised portals to make sure your property is shown to as wide a base of potential Tenants as possible.
Does Scraye work with Agents?
Yes, of course. At Scraye we believe Agents are crucial in a ensuring a smooth, high quality real estate experience. We work with Agents on both the Landlord and the Tenant side.
