We work with agents on both the landlord and the tenant side. What do you mean by an all-inclusive offering?Letting a property can often be complex for landlords, especially if this is not their expertise. As a result, Scraye's process and pricing is designed around providing landlord's with an all-inclusive service that handles every step of the transaction without adding additional fees. This includes major steps like marketing or hosting viewings, as well as other details like providing security certificates, referencing, and handling rent collection. How does the 30 day void cover work?With the Gold service, you can earn rent on a vacant property as soon as tomorrow. After agreeing a rental level, Scraye will pay you the agreed rent for up to 30 days of vacancy so you have peace of mind whilst we find a great tenant for your property. That means you earn rent even if the property is not let yet. We use data and technology to prepare a thorough price valuation and market analysis, which sets a level at which we think your property can be let within a reasonable timeframe. Plus, we provide a rent guarantee on each let to give you comfort we look for reliable tenants.
