Our fees are transparent and success-based. Our fees apply once an offer is agreed, signed and paid. These are then deducted monthly from the rent so landlords don’t have a large upfront bill to pay and our letting agents are incentivised to find the best fit for you.

In short, yes - this covers every step of a letting except for any repairs required to make the property compliant. There are zero add-on costs, not even for third party inventory reports or new safety certificates. Plus, each tenancy agreed through one of our letting agents comes with a rent guarantee and damage cover for peace of mind.

Our letting agents and referencing team carefully vet every tenant but sometimes unexpected things happen, so besides the traditional deposit we also stand with our landlords by covering 6 months of rent and £5,000 in end-of-tenancy damages.

Void Payments are different to rent guarantees. Under our Complete with Void Payments service, landlords earn from the very first day of listing with us until we find tenants. This gives landlords the comfort of knowing they are earning rent for up to 30 days of vacancy and it gives us the time to find great tenants. This is usually especially handy if that flat is vacant or a change of tenancy is coming up with a void period in between.
