FAQ
Common questions.
What is Rent Club and how much does it save on this listing?+−
Rent Club is Scraye's membership programme — £80/month. Free Deposit Share, 3× Booster Rewards on rent, plus partner perks. The savings pay back the membership in year one for most tenancies.
How does Deposit Share work?+−
The tenant pays 15% of the security deposit while Scraye funds the other 85%. The landlord still receives the full deposit on day one and the tenancy is protected as normal. Free for Rent Club members.
Can the tenant rent without a UK guarantor?+−
Yes — Scraye Guarantor acts as the tenant's UK guarantor for a one-off fee. It lowers the income threshold and is open to students, self-employed and Universal Credit / DSS applicants.
What is Scraye Guarantor Enhanced?+−
Enhanced adds two payments of six months' rent upfront to the landlord, on top of standard guarantor cover — the strongest possible position for the tenant.
Are shorter tenancies available?+−
Depends on the listing. Where supported, shorter terms are typically priced slightly higher with bills included. Check the rent payment options below.
